Returns + Exchange Policy U.S. OrdersIf you are not 100% satisfied with your LAUREN jewelry, we want to help find your perfect match. Items purchased on LaurenFineJewelry.com and shipped to a U.S. address may be exchanged or returned within 10 days from the date you receive your order. Exchanges and returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and returned in original packaging.
Items showing signs of wear or those that have been resized, engraved, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange or return. All custom items (i.e. initials, names, made to order pieces) are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return or exchange requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number, and Reason For Return or Exchange. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless the item sent was an error. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased anywhere other than LaurenFineJewelry.com.
Exchange or return shipping + insurance is the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Repair Policy All LAUREN jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Email us at email@example.com to initiate your repair and we’ll send you a shipping label.
After 60 days, we’re happy to say that we stick around and offer repairs for all products purchased from LAUREN Fine Jewelry for the lifetime of the product. Please contact us for an initial estimate of the repair fee. Please note that piece must have been purchased directly from LAUREN Fine Jewelry and alterations cannot have been previously performed by any other jeweler.
Order Cancellations U.S. Orders Cancellations on regular orders are only available within 24 hours after you place your order.
Special + Custom Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed into production.
If you wish to cancel your LAUREN order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your Name, Address, Order Number, and Reason For Cancellation.
Shipping U.S. OrdersDomestic shipments are generally processed within four business days of your order.
All orders will be processed as they are received. If an item is sold out, LAUREN concierge will contact you with an estimated delivery dates. Estimated delivery dates for items not currently in stock can be between 1-6 weeks. If the item is ready before the scheduled window, we will ship the item as soon as it is complete.
Packages are delivered via UPS or FedEx. All shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact email@example.com
We offer free shipping via UPS and Fedex (within the 48 contiguous United States) for any purchases over $500. Please note that we cannot offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii or on orders shipped outside of the United States.
If an order is sent back to LAUREN due to insufficient or incorrect address or due to no answer, the order will be canceled and refunded minus the cost of shipping/insurance plus a $15 restocking fee. If you would like to have the order reshipped, the customer will have to pay for shipping again for any further delivery efforts requested by the customer.
Special + Custom OrdersSpecial + Custom orders placed on LaurenFineJewelry.com are non-returnable and non-exchangeable and are charged in full before being placed into production. Any item indicated on the site as a Special or Custom Order item will be considered a final sale.
